Stroll along on a guided tour through gardens showcasing the graceful sculptures created by internationally known Czech sculptor Albin Polasek (1879–1965). The late artist's home, studio, galleries, and private chapel are centered on 3 acres of exquisitely tended lawns, colorful flower beds, and tropical foliage on the edge of Lake Osceola. Paths and walkways lead past classical life-size, figurative sculptures and whimsical mythological pieces. Inside the museum are works by Hawthorne, Chase, and Mucha. The Capen House, a historic 1885 building, has been moved to the grounds to be used for public events.

We were delighted to discover this enchanting little museum. It has beautiful natural Florida lakeside gardens filled with at least 25 or 30 sculptures. We brought a picnic lunch and sat right on the edge of the lake. The tour of the home museum and chapel created by the artist, Albin Polasek, was an inspiring experience. The docent was so friendly and knowledgible. We will go back to see their changing gallery exhibits every time we return to
Central Florida. We loved the place!
