ICEBAR Review

Thanks to the miracle of refrigeration, this is Orlando's coolest bar—literally and figuratively. Fifty tons of pure ice is kept at a constant 27°F and has been cut and sculpted by world-class carvers into a cozy (or as cozy as ice can be) sanctuary of tables, sofas, chairs, and a bar. The staff loans you a thermal cape and gloves (upgrade to a fur coat for $10), and when you enter the frozen hall your drink is served in a glass made of crystal-clear ice. There's no cover charge if you just want to hang out in the Fire Lounge or outdoor Polar Patio, but you will pay $19.95 to spend as much time as you can handle in the subfreezing ICEBAR. There's no beer or wine inside; it's simply too cold.

    ICEBAR Review

Went to Icebar last night with a group from our convention. I have never seen quite such a collection of beautiful ladies. They are called Ice Princesses, and they are great. We had the best time in Orlando at Icebar and I recommend everyone try the vodka in a glass made of ice. It is cold, but feels good to us northerners...
The warm lounge is nice, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere made it a good night for us all. Thanks Icebar and thanks Ice Princesses, you made us fee really special.
