Fodor's Expert Review Hemisphere

The view competes with the food on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport hotel. Although Hemisphere overlooks major runways, you don't get any jet noise, just a nice air show. Entrées change seasonally, but always include a list of small bites such as short rib sliders, seared scallops with local hand-made pasta, and grass-fed sirloin strip steak. Even though it's been open for years, a lot of experienced travelers consider this place something of an undiscovered gem.
