Fodor's Review:
The Norwegian buffet at this restaurant is as extensive as you'll find on this side of the Atlantic. Appetizers usually include herring, prepared several ways, and cold seafood, including gravlax (cured salmon served with mustard sauce) or fiskepudding (a seafood mousse with herb dressing). For your main course, you might try some hot sausages, venison stew, or grilled Atlantic salmon. The à la carte desserts include raspberry tarts, bread pudding, and chocolate mousse with strawberry sauce. Akershus hosts a princess breakfast with Belle, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White but not Cinderella. Call 407/939-3463 for reservations.
