$$$$, Steak, International Drive Area
Fodor's Review:
The chain that brought this restaurant to Orlando is from Texas, but the concept is straight out of Rio, where the churrascarias (barbecue restaurants) offer you the option of eating yourself into oblivion. Just as it is in Rio, here you'll find a card on your table, red on one side and green on the other. As long as you leave the green side up, an endless cavalcade of waiters will bring expertly grilled and roasted beefsteak, pork, chicken, and sausage. Buffet stations offer sides like garlic mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, black beans and rice, a wide assortment of salads, and decadent desserts such as Brazilian papaya cream. The fixed-price meal costs $43. For an additional cost you can choose from more than 700 wines. Children 12 and under eat for half price, and kids under six eat free. You can dine outdoors or in, where the restaurant has bright red walls, dark furniture, and white tablecloths.
