DisneyQuest

Fodor's Review:

This five-story, interactive, indoor theme park in Downtown Disney West Side is a virtual kingdom of attractions and adventures in a single building. Here Disney stories and characters come to life in a bold, interactive way -- you not only partake of the magic, you're immersed in it. It's a wonderful, unique place to cool off on a hot summer day or to sit out an afternoon thunderstorm. To avoid crowds, arrive when it opens, usually at 11:30 AM, but some days earlier (call to verify). Its location in the middle of an entertainment and shopping complex ensures crowds after dark. Plan to stay for at least four hours or longer to get the most of your one-time admission -- the Cheesecake Factory Express restaurant is inside so you can have lunch or dinner and then get back to the virtual fun. Be warned: your kids won't want to leave. Bring along some aspirin or other remedy just in case you develop a case of virtual overload.

You begin your journey at the Ventureport after exiting the elevator, here known as the Cybrolator. The Ventureport serves as a crossroads within the complex, and from there you can go on to enter any one of four distinct entertainment environments, or "zones": the Explore Zone, the Score Zone, the Create Zone, and the Replay Zone.
