E.T. Adventure

Fodor's Review:

Steven Spielberg puts one of his most beloved creations on display in this heavenly attraction adjacent to Fievel's Playland, although you may notice that it's starting to look weatherworn inside. After Spielberg's given you an update on E.T. and your mission, you board bicycles mounted on a movable platform and fly 3 million light years from Earth (in reality just a few hundred yards), past a phalanx of policemen and FBI agents to reach E.T.'s home planet. Here the music follows the mood, and the strange sounds in E.T.'s world are as colorful as the characters, which climb on vines, play xylophones, and swing on branches in an alien Burning Man festival. Listen in at the end when E.T. offers you a personalized good-bye.
