Fodor's Review:

The entrance to this 12,000-square-foot birdhouse is a kick. To get here you can walk in from the beach or, better yet, swim into it from the river that snakes through the park by going under a waterfall. You arrive in a small-bird sanctuary populated with darting hummingbirds, tiny finches, and honeycreepers. In the large-bird sanctuary, you get up close to perched and wandering toucans, red-legged seriema, and other colorful and exotic birds. Look for attendants who have carts filled with free fruit and birdfeed that you can use to attract the birds. Don't be frightened if one leaps onto your shoulder, and get ready to snap a photo.
