Jimmy Buffett may be the most savvy businessman in America. He took a single concept, wrapped it up in a catchy tune, and parlayed it into books, clothing, musicals, and a hot club at Universal. It seems that Florida law requires residents to play Buffett music 24 hours a day, but if you're from out of state you might still not be over "Cheeseburger in Paradise." Attached to the restaurant are three bars (Volcano, Land Shark, and 12 Volt). There's a Pan Am Clipper suspended from the ceiling, music videos projected onto sails, limbo and Hula-Hoop contests, a huge margarita blender that erupts "when the volcano blows," live music nightly, and all the other subtleties that give Parrotheads a place to roost.
