This attraction accomplishes in two minutes what it took the highly contrived movie two long hours to do -- and overall it's far more exciting. After enduring a slow line and a fairly boring lecture from the movie's stars about the destructive force of tornadoes, you're eventually ushered into a standing-room theater where a quiet country scene slowly transforms into a mighty scary make-believe windstorm. An ominous, five-story-high funnel cloud weaves in from the background to take center stage as 110 decibels of wind noise, crackling electrical lines, and shattered windows add to the confusion. A truck, signs, car, and cow are given frequent-flyer points as they sail across the stage; and even though you know you're in a building and more victims are waiting patiently outside, when the roof starts to fly away your first instinct is to head for the root cellar. Don't. Watch the whole thing and marvel at the special-effects masters who put this together -- and tear it apart every few minutes.
