Florida has managed to turn a natural detriment (small waves) into an asset -- Florida's Cocoa Beach is the "Small Wave Capital of the World." This explains Quiet Flight, which sells surf brands like Billabong, Quicksilver, and Oakley. You'll find plenty of clothes but no surfboards. You can, however, shop for a skateboard. Quiet Flight opens a little earlier than other CityWalk stores, so you can start shopping at 9 AM.
