Body Wars

Fodor's Review:

The flight-simulator technology that's used to train commercial and military pilots adapts perfectly to thrill attractions, though this nearly-two-decade old ride could be even better with some high-tech tweaking. By synchronizing the action on a movie screen with the movement of a ride vehicle, you're tricked into thinking you're moving in wild and crazy fashion even though you never leave your seat. Probably the mildest flight simulator in Central Florida, Body Wars still offers a worthwhile experience, thanks to the fascinating film and the ingenious idea. You and your fellow scientists enter a simulator chamber that, like something out of a science-fiction plot, will be miniaturized and injected into the body's bloodstream to remove a splinter, which appears on-screen like a massive rock formation. Soon, you're shooting through the heart, wheezing through the lungs, and picking up a jolt of energy in the brain as you race against time to complete your mission.
