Breakfast comes with scenic views of the Matanzas Bay at this restored 1914 Mediterranean-revival stucco-and-stone house, just north of the historic Bridge of Lions. Recently renovated rooms vary in size and shape; some have separate sitting rooms, some have views of the bay, and some have whirlpool tubs, but all are decorated with period and reproduction furniture and feature Sleep Number beds and flat-screen TVs. You can enjoy breakfast on the patio or in the sunny dining room. Pros: comfy beds; friendly staff; complimentary snacks and beverages. Cons: some rooms have no view; not for kids; street noise in some rooms.
