Fodor's Review:

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island's restaurant continues to set the culinary standard in northeast Florida with inventive cuisine highlighting seasonal ingredients that might include bison rib eye accompanied by corn five ways or wild salmon with sweet-potato and goat-cheese ravioli. The impressive wine list has more than 500 bottles, service is nothing short of impeccable, and there's a view of the Atlantic Ocean from every table. For a unique dining experience, reserve A Seat in the Kitchen, a private dining room within the kitchen where you'll watch the chefs at work and enjoy a personalized five-course meal. White-collared shirts are recommended.
