Local beautiful people seem to flock to this trendy South Daytona Beach eatery and lounge as much for the scene as they do for the food. The bar area, done in gray with splashes of lime green, is a modern meeting place for the after-work crowd, and the outdoor deck and bar attract a livelier bunch. Those who do deign to dine will appreciate the chef's use of homegrown herbs and creative sauces in dishes such as marinated skirt steak with chimichurri (a sauce of parsely, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper) and barbecue-grilled Chilean salmon with cucumber and melon relish, which can be enjoyed in the sleek dining room or in the garden, complete with a 20-foot lighted waterfall and fire pit.
