95 Cordova Review
On the first floor of the Casa Monica Hotel, this restaurant serves classic cuisine with an international flair. Sup in one of three dining rooms, including the main room with intricate Moroccan-style chandeliers, wrought-iron chairs, and heavy wood columns, or the Sultan's Room, a gold-dipped space accented with potted palms and a silk-draped ceiling. Innovative dishes with New World, Middle Eastern, and Asian flavors change seasonally and highlight local seafood and produce. Among the dinner items are several types of steak, roast duckling, corn-crusted mahimahi, crab and shrimp ravioli, and ahi tuna with a Thai peanut sauce. The tasting menu offers six international courses paired with outstanding wines.
