On the first floor of the Casa Monica Hotel, this restaurant serves classic cuisine with an international flair. Sup in one of three dining rooms, including the main room with intricate Moroccan-style chandeliers, wrought-iron chairs, and heavy wood columns, or the Sultan's Room, a gold-dipped space accented with potted palms and a silk-draped ceiling. Innovative dishes with New World, Middle Eastern, and Asian flavors change seasonally and highlight local seafood and produce. The jumbo lump crab cake is a popular lunch selection. Among the dinner items are several types of steak, duck two ways, braised pork osso bucco, Bahamian lobster tail with crab risotto, and coriander-crusted sea scallops. The tasting menu offers five courses paired with outstanding wines.
