CATCH Miami

CATCH Miami Review

Top Chef winner, Executive Chef Hung Huynh made his Miami debut in a big and bold way. Modeled after his restaurant of the same name in New York City, CATCH Miami brings Asian fusion fantasies to life in a design-savvy art deco building that commingles the bright lights, big city vibe of the Big Apple with South Beach sultriness. The seafood-centric menu pushes the envelope on just about every fruit from the sea, with avante-garde sushi rolls, dumplings, crispy whole snapper, sizzling lobster, and baked shrimp. Unique to CATCH Miami are items like the the Shorecrest Roll (spicy tuna, cucumber, and salsa verde) and Po "Little Rich" Boys (potato rolls stuffed with fried oysters, caviar, and spicy remoulade). Experiential artisan drinks match experiential eats.
