It captures the essence of circa-1950s Cuba—from the decor to the music to the incredible mojitos. Although you'll find some Cuban classics here, chef Rodriguez truly showcases his creativity and gastronomic prowess across the menu. His sensational ceviches and innovative tapas and appetizers include tuna watermelon ceviche, Cuban shrimp and sweet corn grits, smoked marlin tacos, and crispy shrimp chicharrón. Larger plates such as the Sugarcane Tuna (thick, fresh, sushi-grade tuna skewered with sugarcanes) served alongside quinoa and Catalan spinach and with squid ink sauce are off-the-charts delicious.
