In a hotel where style reigns supreme, this high-profile restaurant provides both glamour and solid cuisine. The four white-curtained, high-ceilinged walls make it the most theatrically focused dining room in the city. Acclaimed consulting chef Claude Troisgros combines the flavors of classic French cuisine with South American influences to create a seasonal menu that might include foie gras with berries or lobster with caramelized banana.
