Members of the Miccosukee Indian tribe spared no expense when they created this luxe steak house on the 2nd floor of their art deco casino-hotel complex. "Everglades cuisine" figures highly here -- check out alligator tail Provençal or panfried frogs' legs for a starter. Then move on to venison tenderloin, buffalo sirloin, or baked Florida grouper with lobster-shrimp sauce. Do read prices carefully -- even less-exotic meats such as filet mignon can cost you, and the casino downstairs is limited to video slot machines, poker, and bingo, so don't expect a huge windfall to pay for your eats.
