At this moveable feast there is flamenco dancing and spontaneous singing. Tuesday and Thursday bring a candlelight sing-along in honor of the Virgin of the Dew. Friday and Saturday, come to watch one of the most fun Spanish flamenco shows in town. Every flamenco dancer and cantaor guitarist, Miami resident or visitor, comes to Casa Panza. And every day the large selection of tapas, traditional Spanish fare (including an out-of-this-world paella), the reasonably priced Spanish wine, and pitchers of sangria keep things moving, but the main attraction is the fun, organized, cheerful chaos.
