Roasters 'N Toasters

Updated 05/09/2014

Fodor's Review

Formerly the longtime family establishment Arnie and Richie's, Roasters 'N Toasters Miami Beach has preserved an intimate, Jewish deli feel that would make Arnie and Richie proud. The prices are slightly higher than back in the day, but the faithful still come for the onion rolls and smoked whitefish salad, as well as the new "Famous Zaftig Sandwich," a deliciously juicy skirt steak served on twin challah rolls with a side of apple sauce and mini potato pancackes. Service

can be brusque, but it sure is quick.

A little Jewish comfort food anyone???

For this northern it is worth the bi-annual trek 4 hours just for a corned beef sandwich. Nothing like an authentic taste of home!

A Real New York Deli in Miami

This is the best New York style deli in Miami. The place is always crowded, and the tables are all pushed together. Its not a place to go if you want to have a private conversation.
