Miami Seaquarium

Miami Seaquarium Review

This classic family attraction stages shows with sea lions, dolphins, and Lolita the killer whale. The Crocodile Flats exhibit has 26 Nile crocodiles. Discovery Bay, an endangered mangrove habitat, is home to sea turtles, alligators, herons, egrets, and ibis. You can also visit a shark pool, a tropical reef aquarium, and West Indian and Florida manatees. A popular interactive attraction is the Stingray Touch Tank, where you can touch and feed cow-nose rays and southern stingrays. Another big draw is the Swim with Our Dolphins program. For $199, a two-hour session allows you to touch, kiss, and swim with the gentle marine mammals on the Dolphin Odyssey, $139 ($99 for kids) to participate in the shallow water Dolphin Encounter. It may seem pricey but it does include park admission, towel, and a wet suit. Reservations required.

I had a great time with my family at Miami Seaquarium.
The shows were a great thing to see! We saw the whale and dolphin show first and loved how much information we got out of just that one show!
We are planning another trip to the Miami Seaquarium soon, especially since we got the year pass.
