If you're looking to find out where Miami's A-list splurges on dinner, look no further. Extravagance and decadence are indeed on the menu as Tosca's dishes feature some of the finest and most expensive ingredients in the world—literally. Think rare blue lobster from Brittany, 100-year-aged balsamic vinegar, vintage Valrhona chocolate, Kaviari caviar, and truffles flown in daily from Alba, Italy. The divine fettucine with mascarpone cheese is tossed tableside in a larger-than-life parmesan wheel and topped with fresh black Périgord truffles. Going à la carte requires deep pockets; but given the quality and taste, the seven-course, $90 prix-fixe menu is a bargain (2-person minimum). Dress to impress.
