Hotel Victor
1144 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, United States, Miami and Miami Beach, Florida, USAWhy We Like It
The Victor is a sophisticated oasis in the middle of South Beach's famous (and loud) Ocean Drive.
Fodor's Expert Review
After a Yabu Pushelberg face-lift in late 2013, the sleek Hotel Victor, originally influenced by Parisian designer Jacques Garcia, has replaced the dated jellyfish motif with a newer incarnation of bold modernism. The coolest part of this deceptively big hotel is the second floor, which features a sexy infinity-edge pool that overlooks Ocean Drive and the beach, and a large outdoor terrace bar. Most rooms are compact but with oversize bathrooms, and they mostly overlook the pool and the ocean.
You Should Know While a tranquil oasis, the hotel is located directly on Ocean Drive, known for its throngs of tourists and cafes with hosts that will hawk overpriced drinks and food.
