Fodor's Review:

Las Culebrinas has many locations in Miami, and each seems to draw throngs of adoring diners for Spanish tapas and Cuban steaks. Tapas here are not small; some are entrée size like the Frisbee-size Spanish tortilla (omelet). Indulge in a tender fillet of crocodile, fresh fish, or the grilled pork stuffed with mashed bananas. For dessert there's crema Catalana, caramelized at your table with a blowtorch. This is a good time to remind your kids not to touch.
