Even though it's on a busy street, the low light, soothing music, and intimate seating on this restaurant's outdoor veranda make Café Prima Pasta a romantic spot. Typical of a family restaurant, the walls are littered with faded photos of notable past diners; typical of a culinary standout, they are also littered with Zagat honors. Everything is made in-house—from the fragrant rosemary butter to the pasta, which tastes best as crab-stuffed ravioli or as linguini dyed in squid ink and served with seafood in a lobster sauce.
