This small Jewish delicatessen chain took over from Arnie and Richie's, a longtime family establishment, in 2008. Gone are the baskets of plastic silverware. The prices are slightly higher, but the faithful still come for the onion rolls, smoked whitefish salad, as well as the new "Corky's Famous Zaftig Sandwich," a deliciously juicy skirt steak served on twin challah rolls with a side of apple sauce. Service can be brusque, but it sure is quick.
