Although it's the smallest and least exciting of the three Ritz-Carlton properties in the Miami area, it provides the best service experience in Coconut Grove. Overlooking Biscayne Bay, rooms are appointed with marble baths, a choice of down or nonallergenic foam pillows, and private balconies. And there's a butler to solve every dilemma—technology butlers to resolve computer problems, travel butlers to meet your flight and guide you to the hotel, dog butlers to watch after your pup, and shopping and style guides to make sure you don't drop while you shop. A 5,000-square-foot spa is on hand to soothe away stress, and the open-air Bizcaya is among Coconut Grove's loveliest dining spots. Pros: best service in Coconut Grove; high-quality spa. Cons: least exciting of the three Miami Ritz-Carltons.
