This sibling to the New York City SushiSamba makes an eclectic pairing of Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian cuisines. The results are fabulous if a bit mystifying: miso-marinated sea bass, hamachi taquitos (basically a yellowtail tartare), mocqueca mista(Brazilian seafood stew), and caramel passion-fruit sponge cake. Loaded with customers in the heart of pedestrian Lincoln Road, SushiSamba has a vibe that hurts the ears but warms the trendy heart.

We had a goup of 12....they confirmed our reserevation two hours prior to our arrival. They sat us at 3 small tables w/ two guests on small (very small stools) hanging on to the last table. Not very comfortable. The waiter said they hoped we would sit outside....not in the rain.
Aside from a few of the guests being uncomfortable, the place rocks......great sushi, cooked food, peruvian Specialties and outstanding desserts.
Go when it's not raining
