The Blond Giraffe turned an old family recipe for key lime pie into a commercial success story. Its two stores often have a line for the pie, with delicate pastry, sweet-tart custard filling, and thick meringue topping. The key lime rum cake is the best-selling product for shipping home. For a snack on the run, try the pie on a stick.
