Welcome to the self-described "home of the hog snapper." No, it's not the owners' pet, but a deliciously roasted local fish seasoned with shrimp and red peppers. This little piece of France is concealed behind a high wall and a gate in a residential neighborhood. Inside, Chef John Correa shows culinary wizardry that extends well beyond the hog. Marrying his French training with local foods and produce, he creates delicious takes on classics like half rack of lamb rubbed with herbes de Provence and some of the best bouillabaisse that you'll find outside of Marseilles. From the land, there is filet mignon casa nova with a wild-mushroom demi-glace with foie gras. His salads are lightly kissed with balsamic vinegar.

We used to dine here every trip to KW, but no longer. Not as good as it used to be.
