Hotels Overview

Historic cottages, restored turn-of-the-last-century Conch houses, and large resorts are among the offerings in Key West, with the majority charging $100 to $300 a night. In high season, December through March, you'll be hard pressed to find a decent room for less than $200, and most places raise prices considerably during October's Fantasy Fest week and other popular events. Many guesthouses and inns do not welcome children under 16, and some do not permit smoking indoors but provide ashtrays outside. Most tariffs include an expanded continental breakfast and, often, afternoon wine or snack.
