Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School carries on from the fondly remembered Left Bank by New River Tunnel, with Chef Jean-Pierre Brehier now presiding at his school and cookware shop. Teaching basics from boiling water onward to more than 7,000 avid learners since 1997, the enthusiastic Gallic transplant has appeared on PBS, NBC's Today, and CNN's Larry King Live. Chef J-P's fun cooking facility also sells nifty gadgets, pots, pastas, oils, and other irresistibles.
