$$-$$$$, French, Deerfield Beach
Fodor's Review:
Long known as one of Broward's more elegant dining spots, thanks to French perfectionist Bernard Perron, who turned over operations to son-in-law John Howe, updated continental meals are served in a series of rooms filled with replicas of Old Masters, cut glass, antiques, and floral wallpaper. Fresh ingredients go into distinctly Floridian dishes, including sea bass and mustard-crusted lamb chops. Put your order in early for the chocolate soufflé.
