The elegantly appointed restaurant, located within The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, exudes serenity and modern luxury with white marble floors, striking chandeliers, and towering floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The menu is a grand celebration of the beautiful flavors of the Mediterranean. Start, for example, with melt-in-your-mouth, thinly sliced ahi tuna over fennel and grapefruit, topped with virgin olive oil and smoked sea salt.
