Celebrity chef Dean James Max's fish and seafood restaurant has been the talk of the town for decades. Constantly evolving with new flavors and fusions, 3030 Ocean gives plenty of great reasons to return time and time again. The ahi tuna coconut ceviche, a kind of tuna tartare served in one-half of a shelled coconut, is so fresh, it melts in your mouth. The apricot-glazed mahi and wild gulf shrimp ravioli in butternut-squash puree are nothing short of experiential. The martini menu is also heaven-sent, advancing mixology with basil-and-passion-fruit martinis, Bellini martinis, and acai-and-sage martinis.
