For more than 25 years this nautical-themed restaurant with a prime beach location has catered to the crowds for lunch and dinner. Among appetizers are oysters Rockefeller, gulf shrimp, clams casino, and Bahamian conch fritters. Daily entrées might include oat-crusted sautéed yellowtail snapper with roasted red bell-pepper sauce and basil, or charbroiled swordfish or dolphin fillet marinated with soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and lemon juice. Early-bird multicourse dinners are $17.95, and 6-pound Maine lobsters flown in are $93.

We were hoping for a memorable meal to thank our visitor's for a great stay - instead we had an overpriced, overcooked and grossly oversalted dinner. The bouillabaisse was especially terrible with rubbery seafood and very salty broth. (It did smell good though!) We did all agree that the salads and bread were excellent and that the service in the restaurant - although not in the bar - was good.
