At Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School, Jean-Pierre Brehier teaches the basics, from boiling water onward. The enthusiastic Gallic transplant has appeared on NBC's Today and CNN's Larry King Live. This fun cooking facility also sells nifty pots, pastas, oils, and other irresistibles.
