Fodor's Review:

In a strip mall, this friendly eatery is where Cuban chef Carlos Fernandez (who did a star turn on Bravo's Top Chef) attracts attention with inventive recipes, some incorporating the fizz of 7UP. Oft-changing menu items range from naked seafood dumplings to bronzed tuna. The neighborhood bistro atmosphere has a touch of romance with a bloom, typically a rose, on each table. Be forewarned: requests for substitutions are not welcomed.
