Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center & Spa

Fodor's Review:

This upscale venue targets conventioneers and business executives as well as vacationers who value golf or other activities over beach proximity. Factor in the allure of a huge and soothing Elizabeth Arden's Red Door Lifestyle Spa (with 30 treatment rooms and facilities for many sports) and you'll understand why. Shop & Drop packages with free transport to nearby Sawgrass Mills appeal to those seeking retail therapy. Spacious guest rooms have a light British-colonial look, with plentiful modern amenities such as iPod docks. Banyan Restaurant serves American and continental cuisine, and the Bamboo Spa Café dishes up tasty, nutritional fare. Golf and tennis facilities are adjacent to the hotel. Pros: pet-friendly property; pampering spa. Cons: traffic-clogged location; chain-hotel feel.
