Branches of this chain eatery extend from Marrakech to Miami Beach, and Hollywood's is situated at Diplomat Landing across from the Westin Diplomat Resort. Here you can sample sushi, sip mojitos, and gawk at mega-yachts. At lunch, go for the lobster club or the marina salad. A dinner menu stretches from steak to paella. High rollers can order the Delight of the Sea platter, loaded with crab legs, lobster, shrimp, and oysters and going for $200. Sunday brunch, a little less pricey at $38, includes a raw bar. Arrive by vehicle or boat, and prepare to be upstaged by something snazzier than whatever you're steering.
