Fodor's Review:

¢. With a machine cranking out 1,000 pounds of cornmeal tortillas daily (double that on weekends), the hole-in-the-wall Tortilleria Mexicana, near Oakland Park City Hall, has authentic fare attracting Broward's growing Mexican population and plenty of gringos to boot. Staples include tacos, tamales, chicken with rice and beans, enchiladas, quesadillas, and flautas with chicken, salad, and hot pepper slices. Owner Eliseo Martinez opened a second tortilla haven, in Pompano Beach, this one with a bakery and butcher shop.
