Functional but elegant, this luxury condo hotel overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Interiors are modern and simple, from the marble and wood and beiges and browns of the lobby to the spacious, unfussy rooms, decorated with simple, dark-wood furniture, ample marble kitchen areas, creamy fabrics, and plush carpeting. The decor chooses to frame, rather than compete with, balcony views of city or ocean (choose the latter if available). Among on-premises amenities are a European-style spa offering treatments and massages within the spa or in-room, the tony lobby-level lounge and restaurant, and the 5th-floor Ocean Terrace, for light fare with a pool view.
