Driftwood on the Ocean

Fodor's Review:

Facing the beach at the secluded south end of Surf Road, this attractive motel has been around since the 1950s. The setting is what draws guests, but attention to maintenance and refurbishing makes it a value. Accommodations range from a studio to a deluxe two-bedroom, two-bath suite. Most units have a kitchen; all have balconies or terraces and wireless Internet access. Pros: wide ribbon of beachfront; bargain rates. Cons: not all rooms face ocean; a bit basic.
