This motel-turned-condominium, renting only by the week or more, is just south of the Palm Beach County line. Large units—efficiencies and one- and three-bedroom, three-bath apartments—all have full-size kitchens and big balconies overlooking the sea across the street. Units vary, some with new tile and newer rattan furnishings. A recently added 5th floor has two penthouse apartments. Pros: panoramic view; near fishing pier. Cons: bland decor.
