Don't call it a mall. Destin Commons is an "open-air lifestyle center." More than 70 high-end specialty shops are here, as well as a 14-screen theater, Hard Rock Cafe, a miniature train and a nautical-theme park for kids, and a 49-tap soda-pop fountain.
