Fodor's Review:
The Palafox District is an enjoyable area for browsing. The Quayside Art Gallery, the largest co-op art gallery in the Southeast, reopened in November 2005, after Ivan's devastation, with new displays and items by local artists in a variety of media. Other shops here display art glass, wood, metal, paintings, and jewelry.
