Fodor's Review:
Two stories high with a waterfall pool, this motel has some of the area's lowest chain rates, and it's next to the chamber of commerce. Rooms, with either one king-size bed or two doubles, have tiled bathroom and closet areas. Pros: affordability, convenient to restaurants, parks, and raceway, free wireless connections in room. Cons: no character, plain rooms, small rooms.

Accommodations were clean and bug-free. Older buildings, but newer furniture, microwave and refrigerator in most rooms. Wireless internet signal too low to get connection. We stayed at a group rate, which was 1/2 or less than 1/2 of surrounding "name" hotels, so value was appropriate to accommodations. Note: no hair dryer, coffee maker or alarm clock. Clock on microwave. Used wake-up call service, which was reliable. Would stay there again unless I absolutely needed the internet to work.RATING: 3.0
